When you submit an application, we collect personal information including your name, date of birth, contact details, photographs, family background, and educational/professional history. We also collect technical information such as your IP address and browser details at the time of submission.
2. How we use your information
Your information is used solely for the purpose of matrimonial matchmaking. It is shared with our professional matchmakers and, with your explicit consent only, with prospective match families.
3. Data security
All data is stored on secure servers. Photographs and sensitive documents are protected with access controls. We do not sell, rent, or share your data with third parties for commercial purposes.
4. Your rights (Pakistan PDPB)
In accordance with Pakistan's Personal Data Protection Bill, you have the right to access your data, request corrections, export your data, and request deletion of your profile at any time. Contact us at info@rishtalink.pk to exercise these rights.
5. Data retention
Active profiles are retained for the duration of the matchmaking engagement. Profiles are archived upon request or after 24 months of inactivity. Archived profiles are deleted after a further 12 months.
6. Consent
By submitting an application, you consent to the collection and use of your data as described in this policy. You may withdraw consent at any time by contacting us.
